Leasing Manager

Join our HB Reavis team as a Leasing Manager! The main responsibility of this role is negotiating and closing leasing contracts with potential tenants. This role requires a strategic thinker who can conduct thorough market research, understand tenant needs, and translate those insights into a successful leasing strategy.

What might appear on your to-do list?

  • Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies for projects in operation and for upcoming projects in development pipeline.
  • Contribute to the development of the Central Tower Berlin and to PLTFRM.Berlin project, including value proposition and leasing strategy.
  • Actively work with tenants of our project DSTRCT.Berlin, manage subletting or new leases.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure leases and promote additional services.
  • Establish and keep good and active cooperation with key Real Estate brokers, collect market data and analyze them in cooperation with other colleagues.
  • Negotiate lease contract terms within the established leasing plan framework for each project.
  • Prepare and conduct property viewings, roadshows, and compelling presentations for prospective tenants.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between tenants and the Fit-Out and construction team to ensure a smooth fit-out and handover process.
  • Cooperate with Leasing Managers from other countries to share best practices and market insights.
  • Continuously update the leasing strategy and plan based on market research and data analysis.
  • Accurately track and manage all relevant data within CRM and other designated systems.

  • 5 – 8 years of proven experience in a similar leasing role within a Developer, Asset Holder, or Real Estate Broker Agency environment.
  • Energetic and motivated individual with an aim to grow within the company.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
